Our Master Schedule at Chartiers-Houston JSHS is driven by student choice. Each year, our first step in the scheduling process is to gather student course requests. We build out the number of course sections and periods in which they occur from there using Skyward's algorithms to assist in maximizing the offerings to ensure each students gets as many of their chosen courses as possible.

Due to this priority on student choice, we ask that students take time to ensure they are selecting the courses they want. Please feel free to review the Course Description Book for course offerings and the Course Syllabi to reference courses' scope and sequence of content, units, and grading policies.
