After completing the online portion of registration, you are now ready to schedule a kindergarten screening and the in-person part of Kindergarten Enrollment.  Kindergarten Screening is scheduled for April 3rd or 10th at the Field House.  During your scheduled day and time,  the student will participate in a hearing and vision screening, the Developmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning (DIAL-4), speech screening, and a letter/number identification assessment.  Our staff will administer these assessments, allowing us to prepare for next year.

• Be sure the April calendar is selected. 

• Select your desired time.

• Complete the information requested and then hit submit. 

• You will receive an email confirming your scheduled appointment. 

Day of Screening

Directions:

1. Enter the Junior-Senior High School parking lot at the entrance near the community center on Silver Maples Lane.  Look for the smiling, dancing tube man!

2. Continue straight past the first parking lot and then up the hill to the field house.  

Bring the following documents with you to complete the enrollment:

1. Identification: Driver's License (original)
2. Child's Birth Certificate (original)
3. Home Language Survey (Download, print, and complete)
4. Verification of Residency (Download, print, complete) - A notary will be available onsite. 
5. Residency Articulation (Download, print, and complete)
